Arvind Navaratnam

Arvind Navaratnam leads the special situations (event driven) investing practice, which he conceived of and founded, at Fidelity Investments. Prior to Fidelity, Mr. Navaratnam was a private equity investment professional at Texas Pacific Group (TPG) and Rho Capital Partners. Mr. Navaratnam holds degrees in engineering, economics, and philosophy from Columbia University, as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mr. Navaratnam is involved with the KIPP charter schools system and has taught a class on value and special situations investing at Boston College for nearly a decade.
