Dennis Chua


Dennis Chua is a first-year MBA student at Harvard Business School, and is a Sidney J. Weinberg–Goldman, Sachs & Co. Fellow. He is the co-president of both the HBS Investment Club and the HBS Tech Club. Dennis co-chairs the HBS Investment Conference and HBS WesTrek, and was the CFO of the HBS Tech Conference.

He was previously an investment analyst in the long-short equity group at D.E. Shaw, a $47 billion global investment management firm based in New York. Dennis joined D.E. Shaw from Goldman Sachs, where he was an investment banking analyst.

Dennis holds a BSc, summa cum laude, Tau Beta Pi, in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Cornell University, where he graduated ranked first in his engineering class, and was named a Merrill Presidential Scholar.
