Jerry Hsieh

Jerry Hsieh is a Research Analyst at Westwood Global Investments, LLC. The firm’s investment philosophy is driven by bottom-up stock picking focused on the generation and use of free cash flow and quality of management. This investment philosophy results in focused portfolios with low turnover. Mr. Hsieh was previously a Partner at JLF Asset Management, LLC covering the consumer, financial and industrial sectors in Greater China. He was also a turnaround consultant for an international fashion company. Mr. Hsieh began his career in the Equities Division at Goldman Sachs, focused on Asia Ex-Japan equities. Mr. Hsieh graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.S. in 1999 and from Harvard Business School with an M.B.A in 2008.
